Have you received a payment reminder from us despite payment or a return?

Then we ask you to check the following:

1. You have returned?

Please give us 14 days to process and credit your return.

2. Have you transferred?

It can take approximately 5 working days to match your transfer. Once your return or payment has been completed, you will receive an email confirming that everything is done.

3. Did you state the order number as the intended use?

So that your payment can be allocated quickly, please always use the order number as the purpose. If you have not given the order number, please give us 5 working days to check your payment. We will either record your payment or transfer the amount back to you within this time.

So please check your account to see if you have received a transfer back from us. In this case, we ask you to transfer the amount to us again with the correct intended use.

4. Have you made payments for several orders together?

Please always transfer separately for each order so that we can assign your payment. If you transfer several orders together, it is possible that the payment is only assigned to one order. The remaining amount will then be credited back to your account - please check your account to see if this was the case.

 

Payment with credit card

 

With us you can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept MasterCard & Visa credit cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Refund after a return

If you return one or more articles, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the credit card originally charged. 

Please note: If your credit card has expired, your bank details cannot be refunded. Please contact your credit card company here. 

Refund in case of cancellation 

Of course, you don't have to pay for items that have been canceled. We only charge the credit card for items that are shipped to you.

 

Payment by Paypal

If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. Are you new to PayPal? Then you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. The incoming payment is usually booked within a few minutes and your order is processed immediately. Please note that you agree to the terms and conditions of PayPal and thus accept the PayPal processes.

Refund after a return

When you send an item back, the credit is automatically credited to the PayPal account you are using. You can decide yourself with PayPal  hether the amount will be deposited in your PayPal account or returned to your bank account. If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to reimburse your bank details. Unfortunately, another PayPal account cannot be used.

Refund in case of cancellation

We will refund the amount of the canceled items to your PayPal account.


Payment by Apple Pay

 

Pay with Apple Pay: Tap the Apple Pay button or choose Apple Pay as the payment method. 

Check your billing information, shipping information, and contact information to make sure they are correct.

If you want to pay with a different card, tap the Next icon next to your card. When prompted, enter your billing, shipping, and contact information on your iPhone or iPad. The information is stored in Apple Pay. You do not have to enter the information again. Confirm the payment.

When the payment is successful, the message "Done" and a check mark will appear on the screen.

iPhone or iPad with Face ID: Double-press the side-button, then use Face ID or your passcode. iPhone or iPad without Face ID: Use Touch ID or your passcode. Apple Watch: Double-press the side-button.

 

Payment via immidate transfer

 

Use instant transfer as a direct transfer method. First select your country and then determine the bank that should carry out the transfer. Simply enter BIC, bank code or the name of your bank.

Log in and confirm your purchase. You are now in the login area of the secure payment page. Log in with your online banking data. The information is transmitted to your bank in encrypted form. You then have to enter the TAN for confirmation. For security reasons, each TAN can only be used once. After completing the transfer, the merchant receives a real-time transaction confirmation. In this way, he can send warehouse goods and digital goods immediately - you receive your purchases faster.

Finished!

You will now receive a summary of your transfer or an order confirmation from the online shop. So you have all the information about your purchase together.
