How does the return work at Geiger?
You can return unworn items free of charge within 30 days of receipt. After this period has expired, it is no longer possible to send it back.
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your package.
1. Register the return
Please register the return in the customer account first.
2. Package your item
Return packages from the US can not sent back to Austria due to the duty regulations. We kindly ask you to
ship them to the adress our customer service will give to you.
3. Post your return
Please return the package to the e-mailed adress and keep the slip from the post office.
4. Receive a refund
After we have received the package, we will credit you with the purchase amount within 14 days.
Are you missing the return documents?
You can print out new return documents after you have registered your return in the customer account.
Are you waiting for the confirmation of your return?
After we have received your return, we will check what you have returned. Please give us up to 14 days for this.
