Where is my package?

After you have ordered, we will deliver your package within 3-6 working days using standard shipping. 

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the shipping confirmation. From 24 hours after shipping, you can track the delivery status using the shipment tracking link in the shipping confirmation.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours, some orders may take a little longer.

The package has been sent but not yet arrived.

Please use the tracking link to first check whether the package has been dropped off in your neighborhood. If this is not the case and the shipping status has not changed for 5 days, please contact us.
 

What can I do if I ordered to the wrong address?

If you have already placed the order, the delivery address cannot be changed afterwards. Depending on whether the order can still be canceled,  you have different options:

If the "Cancel order" option is still visible in your orders, please cancel the order. The purchase amount will be refunded to you immediately and  you can then immediately reorder the items. You can either correct your address when you place your new order.

The order can no longer be canceled:

If the "Cancel order" option is no longer displayed in the customer account, then your package has already been prepared for shipping. Please do not worry: If your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days - as with a normal return.

In order for your articles to reach you, please place a new order at the correct address. Unfortunately, we have no way of redirecting a parcel to another address.

 

I received an item that I did not order

You received the wrong item instead of the one you ordered? Or did you receive an additional item that you did not order?

We're sorry, we didn't want to cause you any trouble.

Please send back the wrong item and note on the return slip under the return reason that you did not order it or that the item you ordered was not delivered.

If the item you want has not arrived, please order it again. Of course we do not invoice the wrong article. If the order has already been paid for, the purchase amount will be credited to you as soon as we have received your return with the note.

How do I change my address?

Under "My address book" in your customer account you can adjust your delivery and billing address or add new ones.

You can also set standard addresses for invoicing and delivery here - so you can complete orders more quickly. Confirm all changes with the "Save address" button.

Always customize addresses before you order 
Unfortunately, the delivery and billing address cannot be changed for a current order.

Have you already ordered? 
As long as your order has not yet been packed, you can cancel it and order your desired item again after adjusting your address.

Do not worry if you can no longer cancel: If your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us.

 

I received a damaged package

We're sorry if you received a damaged package..

Are the ordered items intact?  
If only the package was damaged and you want to return something, you can simply use a packaging of your choice for the return shipment. Please use the return documents that were enclosed with your delivery - the return will be sent free of charge to the correct address.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot replace damaged shipping material.
